Justin has built a strong reputation for successfully bringing new construction projects to market — working closely with developers on pricing strategy, positioning, and managing sales from pre-launch through final sellout. His disciplined approach and focus on execution help ensure projects maximize value and maintain strong sales momentum. One of Justin’s biggest strengths is his ability to make clients, consumers and partners feel informed and confident in their decisions.

Before entering real estate, Justin was a Major League Baseball pitcher, playing for the Minnesota Twins and the 2018 World Series Champion Boston Red Sox. His experience competing at the highest level instilled a performance-driven mindset that he now applies to representing high-value real estate projects.

Sean is also a real estate investor and the co-owner of Seacoast 2 Summit Vacation Rentals, a leading New England-based short-term rental management company.
